Hi, I want to know what is your "escape moment"? What do you do to escape from your daily stress? What do you do to make you feel refresh and invigorated and ready to dive back in to your reality?

Yvonnenguyen819 I've always want to practice meditating. But whenever I sat still for a moment and tried to concentrate, thoughts after thoughts are popping up in my mind. What do you think about when you meditate? Or you're not suppose to think about anything at all? Anyway,...
