Zaparon I took up a new language and gave myself ample rest. I feel that its more important to give my body the rest it deserved after the hectic year I've had

Pee in that container,downright annoying!!!

Disclaimer : This discussion may get gross at time ,I sincerely apologize ,however this was unavoidable. I went to this health clinic and they asked me to pee in a container. Nothing wrong with that. My problem however was one...

Zaparon Well, if you know that your going into a health clinic, u probably should have armed yourself with a water bottle beforehand? I guess the size of the container is a truely tricky issue.. my only advice to you is that... practice makes perfect =)
