_aecry_ yeah! kaspersky is one of the best anti-virus... but kaspersky dont have guards against keyloggers with automatic login and form filling and kaspersky doesnt authenticate popular shopping and banking sites.. kaspersky dong have tune-up utilities and...

Do you defrag you your computer/laptop frequently?

defrag is an important task to do. one have to defrag his/her computer/laptop at least once per month. i defrag my laptop once a week to keep the file arrange and optimize the hard disk speed

_aecry_ and one more thing try to use also the cc cleaner it a freeware... it'll help you clean your pc before shutting down...
