defrag is an important task to do. one have to defrag his/her computer/laptop at least once per month. i defrag my laptop once a week to keep the file arrange and optimize the hard disk speed

_aecry_ you have norton symantech already its a strong anti-virus also you just have run it repeatedly after removing the virus, replace your anti-virus with eset smart security coz your anti-virus cannot detect or remove all the virus in your pc
