defrag is an important task to do. one have to defrag his/her computer/laptop at least once per month. i defrag my laptop once a week to keep the file arrange and optimize the hard disk speed

_aecry_ you have norton symantech already its a strong anti-virus also you just have run it repeatedly after removing the virus, replace your anti-virus with eset smart security coz your anti-virus cannot detect or remove all the virus in your pc

I personally go with Vista because it works just fine for me. If you dont have a high end computer or what not, then go with XP People that don;t like VIsta aren't used to the new design. They don't have a good computer that can...

_aecry_ i am also using sp3 and it a bit better than sp2 but if your computer dont have a problem and your computer dont need a reformat yet, you dont need to upgade

a lot of computer we connect with is infected i hope you are protecting your computer. i founf 20 viruses on my pc it will slow down your pc take forever to get where you are going so make sure your pc is safe.
