hi, i use computer in my house and am very much comfortable with external mouse. i have used my brothers laptop and i found it very difficult to rub the fingers. if i had been using the laptop for a long time i won't find it tough. it's always easy to use the things which you are used to.

I like using External Mouse attached to a laptop because external mouse is more good for our hands and fingers. Excessive use of Laptop touchpad is stressful for me. another prob, how do you get your touchpad changed in India for a dubai-Make Laptop?

The touchpad on a laptop is meant for portability and not for extensive mouse use like in gaming. A proper desktop mouse is designed to fit properly in a persons hand and can be used for longer hours without injuring your wrist. I still prefer to use a desktop mouse connected to my laptop as that is the most comfortable. I use the touchpad only where the mouse can not be used.

Hi silentkiler, I am not a frequent user of laptop. As such i find it very difficult to use the mousepad built into it. Most of the time my pointed reaches the wrong place and I have to spend a lot of time to tame it. So I always use an external mouse whenever I have to work on a laptop though after working for some time it doesn't feel so difficult. Even an external keyboard is preferable to me.
It almost occurs with everybody whenever you stop using something your skills slowly comes down and after a long time it almost vanishes. But if you are a quick learner or had reached a very high level earlier, you are expected to recover quite soon. There is nothing much to worry as you are one of them.
Happy mousing
