cant sleep well

i am having trouble sleeping this past few days....its been 19th day since i got this kind of feeling...i always sleep late at night mostly around 1.30am then will wake up around 4am or 5am....and i have almost 10 hours work...why...

_chenhao I suppose that it will help you if you have a hot bath before you go to bed. I think there might be something you are worried about. Just let it go ,take a good sleep. hope it will help you.
