Acid Relux !! Is it Chronic?

Once you get Acid Reflux, why do we tend to believe it stays with us for the rest of our lives? Has anyone experienced this and actually cured themselves of it...I'm not talking treatment with antacids, I mean have you overcome...

DRoddy77 I used to have bad reflux and heartburn but Ive started eating healthier with less spicy and greasy foods and I dont have to even buy antacids anymore!

alindahaw Hi! I have acid reflux and my doctor gave me proton Pump inhibitor. The medicine worked but I really hate taking medicine so I tried other ways to fight of the acid in my tummy. Here are some tips that a friend shared to me : a healthy diet is very impotant....
