chunter I take about 4 to 5 glasses of water... While we need to drink water, it is important to note excessive drinking of water can be deadly too...

bunmi2501 I was advised sometimes ago that i should take more than ten glasses of water a day, believe me keeping track of the glasses of water i take daily is not that easy, by the way i should go and take one now!

ssh123 This is my favourite subject. I had run a discussion topic a year ago on HOW MUCH WATER ONE CAN DRINK IN A DAY. You will not believe it received 800 responses, some of the them by health experts. It is generally said one should drink 2 to 3 litres of water....

mnsrwt123 I am not a gadgets lover but i took some gadgets like bluetooth device for my mobile and some sort of speakers which can be fit to any sony ericsson mobile phones.

kevsgirlalways hmm.. i think the only gadgets i have are a laptop, mobile phone and a digital camera. i wish i have an mp3 player or an ipod nano!

Teardropz haha...its ok..everyone can do it too, just work hard and save for it..eventhough its expensive,that's ok as long as you're in good shape.now i go 3 days a week because i am very busy at my job..ingat

Teardropz yup yup...i go to the gym 5 days a week,2 hrs a day ,at Bally's fitness center here in sd cali...i just started last january,i also hire a personal trainer...damn that was too expensive....800 dollars for 16 sessions...

rdurusan I think age doesn't matter,it is your capabilities to work and work hard for it.If you are 65 or 70 and you can work like anybody younger than you,and provided your employer wants you to work,then do it.If you retire at the age of 50 or 50 plus,you will weaken...

redrover I plan to work as long as possible. I have seen many people retire and then their health decline rapidly. it probably comes down to activity, but I tend to be lazy anyway.
