I am scared of my bed.

Something happened to me while sleeping, i woke up and i was watching myself. I thought, um-mm, maybe a dream. but i was able to see myself... question. Am i crazy?, am i getting crazy? or worst, am i completely nuts?.

Treesaver You are not crazy! This is what some call out of body experience or astral projection. Some people try to get to the point where they can willingly do so. Sounds like it happened for you by accident! Many consider it a gift. Don't be afraid if it happens...

How was your first driving test ????

Next week i will have my first test drive and i am very nervous because i'm always afraid of failing exams and test and every time i have a test\exam i panic . What whould you recommend me to do ???

How can i reduce my weight ?

Now my weight is 82 kg . :( I want to get it to around 70 kg like 73 kg or 71 kg. I know all we need to do is workout training and i do that too but everytime after training, it make me feel so hungry and it makes me eat lots...
