abidu96 Here in Hyderabad, India the weather is actually unpreidctabl. I have seen some unseasonal drizzles like for 5 nimutes or so. It becomes hotter after every such drizzle bcuz the heat in the soil come out.. . . . .PHEW !! I miss winter !!!

as i can see, i do have that amount now. but, honestly i do not have any idea on how to apply for that amount here in saudi arabia. i have not heard nor seen PTC members here aside from myself.....
