I love coconut juice and the coconut meat that it contains.It is very refreshing.I love it also in fruit salad.Yummy!Don't you know that coconut also has antihypertensives and lowers blood sugar. It is very helpful medicine wise.

abigail04 Really!?..it lowers blood sugar?..I love coconut but with this fact "has antihypertensives" I guess I need to lessen eating and drinking it. I have a low blood sugar and still working out how to get it to a normal level. But I still love coconut =)
