abuattajaved i brush my teeth twice, in the early morning before taking breakfast and at night before going to sleep. some time using gargle with mouth wash to avoid bad smell. i brush my teeth twice

abuattajaved At early childhood, I am interested becoming a school teacher. But after joining a Poly technical school, I became an electrical Technican. Quite a reverse action. Imagine, interests from childhood never came true. very sad?

how many days to make and break a habit

ulcer

I know a lot of friends that have ulcers, but mine is kinda worse. When it attacks i could faint but the pain is bearable. Is there a permanent , non-surgical cure to ulcers. Does any one know a herbal medicine for this.

abuattajaved from the symptomes it is appearing ulcer of stomach. you should remove taking tea and coffee and any other specify food. you should use boiled milk but cold one frequently.
