aenasao Well,a good question,i normally sleep about 6 hours everyday no matter it's weekdays or weekends,i do want to sleep more and i have the time,yet,i just can not sleep well,i am envious of those who sleep the number of hours they want.

aenasao well,I usually use body lotion after bathing,yet,sometimes,i forgot cause i am a little lazy.I don't think using body lotion could prevent your skin from breathing.If really so,all the cosmetics manufacturers and suppliers should be dismissed.
