aftekk Yea, i got sleeping problems too, but i managed to get over them by simply eating right food, doing a lot of sports (it reduces stress hormons, so you can sleep better). Anyway visit: http://bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/sleep/ Maybe it helps! :)
