I have been hearing for awhile now that many PTC sites are making "Free" members upgrade or they are not paid at all. I read TOS of many of them I am working with and I dont' see that stated in there on many of the ones I have...

ahzhe1990 yea yea... some PTC website suck.. but i enjoy some PTC websites... now even got WAOINDIA which request payment at least $199.00... hard to believe...
