Ive been suffering from a shoulder and back pain. I dont know why! the only reason that I can think of is my lying posistion when im a sleep. but I know there is something wrong. anyone experienced it like this,?

just finished talking to my daughter she is in the phillippines we talk thru video call. I miss her so much. I feel so sad everytime she asks me when we can play together. Is anyone here experiencing homesick like me?
