Ive been suffering from a shoulder and back pain. I dont know why! the only reason that I can think of is my lying posistion when im a sleep. but I know there is something wrong. anyone experienced it like this,?

Courage7 It could be due to anything. Perhaps some acupuncture or some massage to the area may help? Yes I often have pains but I do stretching to help it the best I can.

just finished talking to my daughter she is in the phillippines we talk thru video call. I miss her so much. I feel so sad everytime she asks me when we can play together. Is anyone here experiencing homesick like me?

[eds] I think it's a normal feeling when one is far a distance with their love ones. The good thing nowadays are we have the communication means at least it can help to minimize.
