JSAph8888 @akuayu25 Well, maybe you have fast metabolism. You can eat whatever and whenever you want without getting fat easily. People get envy of that, including me, I can't eat whatever and whenever I want because I easily get fat.

JSAph8888 @akuayu25 How long have you been eating 2 cups of rice per meal? But you should also remember that eating too much rice is one of the factors of having a disease of diabetes. And we want to avoid that. Did you already consult your doctor about this?
