Today I had to work a lot and still doing overtime. The security guy who was supposed to come is sock so i am stuck here. Luckily i get come and check what’s happening here. So hows you doing everyone.

JSAph8888 @akuayu25 How long have you been eating 2 cups of rice per meal? But you should also remember that eating too much rice is one of the factors of having a disease of diabetes. And we want to avoid that. Did you already consult your doctor about this?

JSAph8888 @akuayu25 Oh, okay. I misunderstood your post. Why don't you try to eat 2 cups of rice every meal if you want to gain weight.

Jo Ann Are you trying to lose weight? If so, try to do things that are so interesting that you don't think of food or eating as much. God is good, pray about the problem and you may find an answer.

JSAph8888 Hello! First of all, welcome to mylot. If you are trying to lose weight, well, I think you should exercise more often every morning. Lessen your intake of rice,more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid having midnight snacks.
