weight training question

I recently started weight training and I am doing it every other day. Today I should do it and my muscles are still slightly sore from last time - is that normal? Should I be using lighter weights? Should I just use lighter...

Public or Private school - which do you prefer and why?

I prefer private school but do not have the money right now to send my kids to one. I am trying hard to work and grow my business so I cand send the kids to private school. I think the education is much better there!

I am working one now - it is not a get rich quick scheme and I am doing okay - not as well as I hoped for but still making money.

My husband wants to find his biological mother

He knows nothing about her but since we have kids now with medical problems - he wants to know his medical history. It is very scary for him to do this - he thinks it will upset his Mom that raised him.

Allergy Testing

My daughter is going to go for allergy testing can anyone tell me about it? We have never experienced this procedure before. She is only four years old - I am hoping it won't be too much for her to handle.
