For this new generation, is so hard to control the kids...they can even tell you what to do. You know, they can answer or fight back with a blink of an eye, and you never know what comes next.

Quitting Smoking?

Has anybody here ever quit smoking or knew anyone that has? I'm addicted to smoking, I want to stop but I just can't! Does anyone have any ideas or tips? I really want to quit because I know it's affecting my health.
