Anyone have any good cardiovascualar work-out idea's? I have high blood pressure and my dr. want's me to go to a gym or do some serious cardiovascular workout's. I'm not heavy but my blood pressure is high, I'm on meds to get it...

ally555 I'm on HCTZ & lipitor. I've heard stuff about lipitor that it can damage your muscles and liver possibly. I think hctz is only a water pill and I don't think that can really do anything. The lipitor scares me though. I don't like being on meds.

Since I switched my java and flash player do not work and I have to use either opera or firefox to do so. My question is IE 6 better and do you think it would all then work? Thanks!!

ally555 No I'm not going to go back cuz if I want to view videos I just go into opera or mozilla. I do like IE better then those because I think page's load faster with IE. I would love to get windows vista, let me know how you like it? You said java is being worked...

Okay so my question is, my daughter is almost 19 and her and her friends have planned a trip to the ocean for a week. Since that time a cyndi lauper concert plus some other singers are going to be at the same concert like blondie...

ally555 Well she made her own decision and it was a good one I think. She's going to the concert. She already has a cell phone, I think it's really important for kids to have cell phone's especially for safety reasons. Thanks again for your advice!!

ally555 I'm new also and I figure it will take a month for me also to accumulate at least $10. I did check what I made on a pic I uploaded with a question and it was like a penny, unless they go by the size and what type of pic it is. Good luck on here!!

I have 5 cat's and I noticed that once in awhile they get a funky smell, can't quite explain it, but if the smell get's on like bedding or something you have to wash the bedding immediately because the smell won't go away. Just...
