I've always been fascinated with dreams. I don't remember too many of the ones I have, but when I do remember them, I write then in a dream journal. I think they are fun because they are so 'off-the -wall' and have such symbolism....

Ally_Angel Thats good, I am glad someone understands what I am talking about lol. As for keeping a journal I do sometimes write my dreams down... not all the time... but sometimes. Sometimes its great to look back on the dreams and see if some have predicted anything or...

Ally_Angel yeah I did that for a while too... but I just ended up getting worse until I couldnt hide it any longer. I hope you find the light and it shines until the darkness in your heart leaves you.

Ally_Angel Yeah it is so difficult isn't it? I don't think I recommend medication, as its done nothing for me. Do you have a therapist, or have you seen your doctor about this? I hope that you feel better soon.

Ally_Angel Yeah I definately understand. It is hard. Its hard to keep fighting and trying to keep going but we just have to keep on trying. It would be a lot easier if the people around me understood a bit more what I am going through. I hope you feel better soon...

Ally_Angel Thank you dusty. I am trying hard to follow everyones advice. Like today... my boss said.."well just suck it up. Thats all you can do. Suck it up" So thats what I tried to do... I think that I am not going to take the meds anymore. I feel like they don't...

Ally_Angel Thank you bambo318. You are right about keeping busy. I try to keep busy as best I can. I fight the urge to go to bed every second of every day... and in the morning, I have a war with myself to get up. Family therapy might help, thats something I have never...
