Has anyone here been to Rarotonga?

Some of my family and myself have decided that this year we will go to Rarotonga for a holiday. I have never been there before so I would like to know from people who have been there what they enjoyed most about their holiday...

There is always pain. Where ever I am I feel it. I try so hard not to feel it but I can't seem to shake it off. Just build a bridge, get over it... Just be happy.... snap out of it.... They tell me these things but they don't...

I am currently 90kg and I seriously need to loose weight. Any encouraging stories you have or tips that you have would be great. I know it was my anti depressants that put the weight onto me... so now I have to try extra extra...
