almonsarei24 I did felt the same thing. Jerk face must suffer! I hate seeing him happy, but still, the fact that he is, there is really nothing I can do. Kudos to people who moved on internally scathed but still fighting the d*** thing.

almonsarei24 well, I myself went through a hard time losing excess fat. You see, LIFESTYLE is what really important in this cases. Less carbs and more on fiber is also suggested. Plus, replace the WHITE into BROWN... White rice to brown rice... white bread to wheat bread.....
