I am unable to sleep when the room I am sleeping has its lights on. For induction of my sleep, I need complete darkness in my room. I can't just sleep in a lighted room how much tired i am!!! I was wondering whether you people...

Amanda L Pertinaci @yamahaalex37 Both my mom and I have narcolepsy, I don't fall asleep standing up, I have a low case. My mom falls asleep a lot. We both take medication and see a sleep specialist.
