aditbaikhati well,basic from my expirience,maybe you should drink a cup of hot milk,than do little exercise before you go to bed.don't take a nap,it makes you fell fresh at night so you Can't sleep,hope this works.gud luck....

wiseacre well, dont get sleep is due to lack of exerscise during the day life. do work a little and sweat alittle and you will fell sleepy at the end of the day.Even if you dont then take some medicine or consult a doctor.
