Yes, I know I'm a day behind on these. My day is not what it used to be. I'm thankful for my sister's help. It's been wonderful having her here. She goes home today. I'm thankful I'm starting to lift my leg a little more....

Wow.. I went outside today.

I went on a walk on a trail behind my home with my man... I have never felt so distant from the world. I found myself shuttering at small noises such as leaves ruffling, or a deer prancing. I wanted the walk to be over so badly...
