ambarishg Forrest Gump is a great movie. Well you cannot have a single best movie. Green Mile by Hanks and also Shawshank Redemption falls in the same class. Well, it belongs to the class of great movies.

I've heard on many diet websites and advice pieces that you can trick yourself into eating less by using smaller plates and bowls. Apparantly your brain feels like it's eating a lot because the smaller plate is over-flowing....

ambarishg Thats a nice way of dieting. I have seen it helps with snacks. Eating potato chips from a bowl and from a bag is different. If you eat from a bag of chips , you tend it eat more. Nice technique. I will also try it more to keep my weight low.

ambarishg I sleep around 8-9 hrs a day. I have a sedantary job with no exercise. Only enrgy that I epend is pounding the keyboard for a living. if I do not sleep well less than 6 hrs, I am not at my best.

Shawshank Redemption or The Green Mile

I think Shawshank Redemtion is one of the best movies of all times but I put The Green Mile right up there beside it. I think they are two of the best movies I have ever seen.
