Whats a good way to kick start my exercise routine. I have a lateral thigh trainer. How long should I be on there for me to actually lose weight. Or should I just go for a traditional walk. Want to get fit and healthy for summer....

How difficult is to to be a parent after 35

Who out there is over 35 but only started having kids. Is it very difficult concieving. Is the pregnancy more dangerous. Is it difficult coping with mother hood later in life.
