dpk262006 @amitajain Yes, the psychological trick of paying in 999 sometimes work for the seller. But now a days due to non availability of Rupee one coin, even that is not returned by the Shopkeeper.

ashuli @amitajain well said ! I fully agree with your point n infact if possible one should avoid eating anything except fresh fruits at least one day i n a week, just to detoxify his/her body

How much water you can drink in a day ?

As advised by Doc's everywhere, we should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to keep our body system in perfect condition... Do you agree and how much water are you able to drink in a day ?

ashuli @amitajain but i have heard if anyone is sitting in an air conditioned room for like full day he/she should drink more water, as sitting in air conditioned room dehydrates our body and specially skin
