ample03 Yes crazy, I also have to recheck with ISP infos, but it normally updates after a day so I have installed the software.I am really thinking to change to unlimited but the ISP dont have unlimited tariff for the type of internet connection I am having.

ample03 Unfortunately I did not save a restore point earlier. As you told , I also tried through backup/restore, but XP says you have no restore point. Its a challenge using computer without these two basic functions....really and I am facing it.
