amylhz Just ignore the rude response and discuss with sensible people.However, I can accept someone who disagrees with me, which I think his/her behavior is not being rude and on the contray I can learn something from it as long as his/her opinions can make logic...

amylhz yes, life is indeed stressful sometimes. The ways you mentioned, I think,can work well. They are relaxing. Personally, I like to listen to my favorite songs and daydream a bit.
