Andrew Oh well, that sounds great :). Well, once lock down comes to an end I think we will all be rushing outside including me, I'm anxious to return to my regular cycling!

Andrew That's interesting. Glad to hear that you are having a normal diet though. I think also, with me eating less and exercising within my home, this has contributed to my weight loss. Hope we come out of this lock down soon. Have a nice weekend.

Andrew Oh I know the TCM channel. Unfortunately I don't have that channel as part of my tv package. You are fortunate in that you have that channel. Still, I can improvise and I will have to do without!
