Comedy king Dolphy, died yesterday. This comedian is a very kind man and everybody loves him. Unfortunately due to his age and sickness his health shut down. Pinoy will always miss Dolphy, his jokes and kindness.

angelchin888 For me the best food to eat are rich in vitamin B especially vitamin B1, B6, B12.. You can get those vitamins by eating meat like pork. But most of all better if you will consult your doctor because he knows best =).
