angeleyez6 Sometimes I enjoy it because I used to have long hours to watch my favorite shows but the thing was I hate the after effect of not having enough sleep. I can't concentrate on my work during the day.

angeleyez6 Yeah i was told by my friend to have a nice warm bath and milk before I go to bed but I wasn't able to do that yet. Maybe, I'll try that tonight thanks for the suggestion.

angeleyez6 I haven't tried Mc donalds shake and I want to try one. I usually have my shake at shakey's pizza. I like there shake especially the chocolate and strawberry shake because they use ice cream with it. But for the fresh fruit shake, I like mango and strawberry...

angeleyez6 Yeah I also have it in the mornings and my break only because I can't sleep at night if i drink too much cofee. 4-6 cups of coffee a day is safe more than that is not good. As what the saying goes too much of anything is not good.

angeleyez6 Hey girl! Nice to meet you. Your friend told me about you. Anyway, coffee is good for our health but there's always an exemption especially in your case. So, it's better not to drink coffee because coffee contributes in constriction of your blood vessels...

angeleyez6 Yeah I understand others like it with cream or milk. I seldom knew people who loves black coffee. But for me, as long as it is coffee i love it whether its a hot coffee, iced cofee, cappucino, brewed, iced coffee with whip cream there's no problem with me....

angeleyez6 Well, I don't drink coffee at night because I'm having a hard time to sleep during the night. i usually drink it in the morning and during my break only.

angeleyez6 Me too.. I can't live without my coffee. Everytime I wake up I directly go to the kitchen to have my cofee to keep me awake.
