burrito88 Living near the people you work with can be stressful from too much contact. Perhaps you need to try to ignore them when they knock or put up a do not disturb sign.

Margajoe I like to keep up my Yoga. That has done me good. Unfortunately I don't do it everyday. Though I should. I can finally walk again after 2 years of pain. Because of the Yoga, my pains are all under control. For the last year I have not even went to the doctor....

edwardjoy2000 I used to do brisk walking...then i stopped due to the hot waether in the UAE. Now i have got a couple of dumbells and i do the excercise in my room. I do heavy exercise for an hour in the morning.

Metatronik your topic is about travel then I have to stick with it. Of course I like travelling around the world but I have financial issues as well so the only answer there would be to work hard or find a job that can earn high salary in order to accomplish...
