vycess When I can't sleep I'll drink a glass of milk. If it's not working I will listen to music until I fall asleep. If it is still not working. I will watch until my eyes get tired. And the best and fastest way to fall asleep is to read boring books.

carmelanirel Reading!!! Even when I am tired, I read at least one chapter a night so I can release the days events from my mind. If I am having problems sleeping, then I just read more, the longer I read, the more tired I become.

MsTickle It's generally accepted that green is the colour of money. Gold is usually associated with world currency or investments or jewellery. I found this wonderful site when I looked up the meanings of colours but There is so much more at this site....I think...

frontvisions101 I'm not sure. Maybe cuz young people are more amorous and adventurous at the same time that's why they are (or we are) often feeling lonely cuz they're (or we are again) heartbroken most of the time compared to old people who are mostly seeking only friendship...
