What will you do when it is hard for you to sleep?

When I cannot sleep or it is hard for me to sleep, I just imagine that I'm alone on the beach inhaling fresh air, lying on the sand, looking at the beautiful blue sky and blue sea with a white sand. I feel having a peaceful mind...
