annabellegutierrez28 It's nice to have facebook for communication to your friends and family. For my child I will just teach her the do's and don'ts like it's okay to spend some time on facebook but not for the whole time, there is a limit for that. Study first still the priority....

annabellegutierrez28 I have my husband he is a smoker since high school but gladly he stop already because he practice himself gradually to stop until such time he don't like to smoke anymore. And he also realized that it is really bad to his health. I'm glad he change.
