Hello myLotter I am very sad now, one of my best friend, use to be my best friend but not anymore for me. Always disturb me and my boyfriend, I don't know what happen to her but she always try to separated me and my boyfriend....

annavi Yes, I agree that fast foods are not really healthy. But sometimes because of our busy schedules, we just go to fast food chains for a quick meal. I do like McDonald's and KFC as well.

Do you eat when you're hungry?

Or do you only eat at specified times? I have heard doctors say that many people get the feeling of being hungry a few hours after they eat but they should drink something instead. I usually only eat when I remember to eat, haha!...

annavi My work is not office based that's why my eating pattern is so erratic. Sometimes I eat breakfast as early as 7am, sometimes I eat my first meal at noon already. But usually, I eat around 9am just before leaving the house. The next meal is around 1 to 2 pm....

Is it really true that laugh is the best medicine?

I'm just curious and want to know is laughing is the best medicine? For me, when I laugh it just takes all my problems away. It makes me smile when thinking about funny things or jokes or even cartoon.

annavi I recently talked to a doctor and she said that to actualize this cliche "laughter is the best medicine", the laughter should be more intense than a normal laugh. I can imagine that as if your body is actually shaking, or you're about to drop from the chair...
