anti_genius I would just like to add that people usually say that eat two bananas at a time rather then one.

What is the best way to cook a Roast!

I am cooking a roast right now. I am worried about it turning out dry because I have company coming! I have put it in the oven at 350 as I always do but this is not a rib roast. I think it is sirlion? I don't want it to turn out...

anti_genius Hi, Steam the meat before roasting it in the oven. This will help keep it moist from inside.
