any123 one thing is for sure., job experience helps a lot. i think thats why a company always ask previous job experience before recruiting someone. Thanks your idea is good.

any123 Yeah. you are right. But handling both things are quite very handy at times. sometimes it may cause problem and you will have no where to go.
