Research said garlic can prevent cancer. Now news come out that , it's not concern with garlic and cancer. I don't to what to listen. pls share with your idea!

not how much you earn, but how much you spend

From my understand, If you want to be financial freedom, it's not depending on how much you earn. But It's depend on how much you spend? Means, from your saving, how many % can you reinverst again. How do you think about it?

I drink juice every day to make myself healthy. I put honey inside. How do you make ur juice and what fruit or vegy you are using?

When we feel, we are lonely?

Now I'm alone, my family are in other place. But I feel not lonely cause I can contact with them online. When I feel bored, I read book or type in mylot. So how about you?

aorgaeni taking care children and when they leave to school , we feel relex. But when they are not with me for more than a week, I miss them. Try not to feel lonely and make busy myself.
