My computer gave me me a blue screen then turn off and never be able to turn back on, its a brand new toshiba satelite

apttec55 Good advice, I work on computers,seems yours is hardware related to me, so I would call the retailer you bought it from and get it replaced free...best not to do much with it and it under warranty...could void your warranty.
