iam afraid of my life..i am very afraid 2 meet new peoples,,fear is my enemy..i also afraid 2 talk with boys..etc please tell me the solution..i cannot take decision about my future education..iam very confused..//

It has been said that fall of 100 hairs a day is normal.if more than this is a alarming sign.it is due to deficiency of vitamins,minerals and iron in the body.there are also many reason like lack of sleep,eating unhealthy food...

archana38 use good shampoo..then white part of d egg which help in softening d hair..sometime hairfall occur due to scalp..so first avoid scalp.
