I submitted an idea to an invention submission place. And now they are asking me for money to research and submit my idea to different companies. Is this normal or am I being hustled ?

ardodd Thanks madman22. i just didn't want to be hustled. i was hoping i wasn't making a bad choice by paying for the services. my invention idea has to do with the tank building and ship building industry. i had actually manufactured several device's to help speed...
