Sleep?

I have trouble sleeping and cant fall asleep. It takes me until 3 or 4. And even if i do get to sleep at 11, I wont stay asleep. How do u go to sleep? and what time?

aristia Before I go to sleep I usually "Reads some books"... Because when you get read your eyes become tireds and you will fall asleep... I usually sleep at 12++...

aristia Id like "Camping"... Because i can learn how lo live in wildest and natural area... So, when we are had any disaster and we can't find any food in "Refigerators, Nearest Store, SuperMarket and any others" we can get food from Nature... So I think Not "Bad"...
