Is it possible to shrink an item of clothing that is 96% cotton and 4% lycra?

Arugabear1 Cotton will only shrink in length, but the lycra will get broken down due to the heat. So you should wash it in cold water, and let it air dry if you have that setting on your dryer, or hang it out on the line if you have a clothes line.
